Delivery, considered
We believe your order should arrive as carefully as it was made. Every parcel is packed with intention and dispatched with care.
Processing time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
Note: During sale periods or new launches, processing may take up to 2 business days. We’ll notify you if there is any delay.

Cash on delivery
We offer cash on delivery (COD) on all orders across major cities in India. COD orders carry an additional handling fee of ₹49. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

- COD returns must be refused at the door — we cannot process COD returns after delivery
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp (if number provided). You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is in our plans — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and email us at hello@thetinyeditatelier.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
